Where in the world do you offer AV and production services?

Anywhere! We provide global AV & Production services for live, virtual or hybrid events. Our experts support your events, attendees, and speakers whether they're all together or geographically dispersed.

Can you produce virtual events?

Yes, CEI offers full capabilities for a range of virtual services, from video recording and editing, to remote broadcasting studios and virtual event platform support.

I’m running a virtual event and need help. Do I have to use your app?

Nope! We regularly work with clients who utilize their preferred virtual event platforms. Our team provides customized levels of virtual support based on your specific needs.

Can you record my corporate event?

We can absolutely record your live, hybrid, or virtual event! We work with you on defining the objectives in order to get the best quality and right format for the recording's intended use.

Will CEI assign a Producer to my event?

Because a virtual event requires careful choreography, CEI may assign a Producer to call the virtual show when needed. The Producer ensures smooth cueing and transitions when cutting to presenters, presentations and camera feeds keeping the event cohesive. Our level of engagement is driven by your needs and vision.

What if my presenters don’t have the appropriate equipment at home or in their office?

In a virtual event setting, speakers might be presenting from a studio, home or office. Our team will conduct a discovery call with your presenters beforehand to check their internet and equipment specs and provide any needs. Our attention to detail when making an equipment selection is based on best quality and ease of use for your presenters.

How much lead time do you need?

Our timelines are flexible. Depending on the needs of the event and level of customization required, we request 8 to 10 weeks lead time, and are always happy to have more!

My company is looking for a new AV partner. Do you have a capabilities presentation I can share with my team?

Yes! We’d love to schedule some time with your planning team to review all CEI has to offer your company and the events you are planning.

My venue has strict AV requirements. Can you still help me coordinate AV for my event?

Yes! We regularly work within the AV stipulations in venue contracts to partner with in-house services and deliver world-class events. We offer venue contracts review to ensure you are receiving the smoothest, least stressful AV service possible.
