Our experienced technicians and management staff arrive on-site and handle all the set-up, testing and operating of all audiovisual equipment. We understand the challenges that can present themselves when taking a project from concept to realization. We understand it is a collective effort and we aim to maintain a positive working relationship at the event venues we work in. We have been traveling all over the US and the globe for the past decade working at various hotels, resort and properties. Using digital site surveys and diagrams, we submit the plan to the venue for approval. We expertly coordinate the talent and audiovisual equipment to ensure a perfect, worry-free production. On the day of the event, Corporate Events staff are with you all the way to make sure your audiovisual production operates effectively.
